Continental Breakfast in the Playa
Lounge, with your favorite fresh danishes, gourmet coffees, latte, or
tea, is a good way to begin your campus day. Read our copies of the Los
Angeles Times or New York Times, delivered daily for your convenience.
Buffet Luncheon offers our Chef's daily changing selections of entrees,
salads, soups, pastas, or made-to-order sandwiches for you to enjoy in
the main dining room or on any of the tree shaded patios. Or you may
prefer to dine at the waiter-served Coral Patio Grill under the Coral
trees, where fresh fish, chicken, and a variety of burgers are prepared
to order. Gratuities are never allowed.
In creating the Center's cuisine, our Chef pursues contemporary
healthful trends while offering delicious and innovative dishes the
freshest of ingredients.
The Coral Grill, features waiter service on a lovely tree shaded patio.
Constantly changing, each week the menu features a new selection of
fresh fish, omelettes, and grilled sausages in addition to four kinds of
burgers and scrumptious gourmet sandwiches.
Tuesday-Thursday Gourmet Dinners make it easy for you to entertain
family and friends or dine with colleagues. Candlelight, linens,
flowers, and discreet piano music lend elegance. The moderately priced,
four-course dinners include soup, salad, entree, and dessert.
Dinners are served year-round from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. if you're planning
to attend a campus meeting or event. The changing wine list includes
many fine California vintages. Full bar services are available.
Espresso and Cappucino and gourmet coffees are always available in the
Playa Lounge during lunch, and dinner and cocktails are served from 12
noon.
The Cocktail Hour, 4pm to 7:30pm, features complimentary hot and cold
hors d'oeuvres and full bar service. On chilly days, you'll find a
crackling log fire in the hearth.
