For regular use we offer Monday through Friday:

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: 7:00 A.M.
Gourmet coffees, cappuccino, & espresso.
In the Playa Lounge

LUNCH: 11:30 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
In the Main Dining Room from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

CORAL PATIO GRILL: 11:30 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.
Waiter served lunch

Reserved private rooms at your pleasure.

COCKTAILS: 12:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.
In the Playa Lounge

FORMAL DINNER: 5:30 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.
Waiter served on Tuesday and Thursday only.
In the Main Dining Room

The Faculty Center will open on weekends for:
special events, conferences, meetings, birthday parties, weddings, etc.
