UCLA FACULTY CENTER MEMBERSHIP- ACADEMIC:
All Faculty employed by the University 50% or more of full time are eligible for membership in the Faculty Center. If the faculty member's appointment is less than an Associate Professor I, nine months, the faculty member is entitled to a period of six months dues-free period, monthly dues will be $8.00 per month for two years. At the end of this two year period, dues will then be charged at the rate of $12.50 per month for a period not to exceed two years or until promotion to Associate Professor, Step 1, nine months.
At the end of the last period (not to exceed 4.5 years) dues will be charged at the full rate of $18.50 per month, and the one-time Membership fee of $200 will be paid either in full or by installments of $3.00 per month.
All bills are due and payable on the fifteenth day of each month.
A service charge will be added to all delinquent balances.
All changes (i.e. retirement, resignation, change of status or address) must be reported in writing. Dues will continue to accrue until written notification is received and the member will be liable for any accumulated charges.
UCLA FACULTY CENTER MEMBERSHIP- NON-ACADEMIC:
All non-academic staff in the PSS grade 2 program and above employed by the University at least 50% of full time are eligible for membership.
If the applicant's salary is less than $43,100, the staff member would be entitled to a period of six months dues-free utilization of the Center's facilities. After this six months dues-free period, monthly dues will be $8 for a period of two years or until that person's salary reaches the level of $43,100. At the end of this two years period dues will be $12.50 per moth for a period not to exceed two years or until the salary has reached $43,100.
At the end of this last period (not to exceed 4.5 years from the initial application) dues will be charged at the full rate of $18.50 per month, and the Membership fee (a one-time only fee of $200) may be paid in full or by installments of $3.00 per month.)
Non-academic personnel whose salary is equal to or more than $43,100 will be entitled to an introductory period of three months dues-free utilization of the facilities. At the end of the three months the regular dues of $18.50 and the one-time only membership fee of $200 will be charge. (The membership fee may be paid in full or by installments of $3.00 per month)

DEPARTMENT MEMBERSHIP:
Departmental membership
costs $240 per year, per recharge ID. This amount is recharged
to the department at the end of the fiscal year.
