	Delightful Dining on Tuesdays & Thursdays The twice weekly gourmet dinners at the Faculty Center showcase our chef's superb culinary creations with an updated menu for each night. Enjoy an elegant candlelit dining atmosphere with soft linens, flowers and discreet live piano music. The price for the four course dinner, which includes soup, salad, entree and dessert buffet is very modest. Chicken, fresh fish, prime rib and pasta specials are always available.
